    MAPUNGUBWE.

MAPUNGUBWE. This place is special to me. I visited Mapungubwe back in 2007 while they were just refashioning tourism in the region. It's not mainstream for South Africa and really shouldn't be; nonetheless it has something that everyone should see. There is a beauty, peace and sense of history in Mapungubwe that should be experienced for years to come. I'd be extremly saddened to see its conservation fall away to coal mining. For more information visit the Save Mapungubwe webpage.

This is a beautiful video and an upsetting story. Thank you for sharing.

Also, I just came across your website. Lovely site! I'll bookmark it and come back to it if we ever decide to visit Africa. I'd love to go.

    Thanks again.
